By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Entrants must reside within the Moran Power Solutions service area, including (but not limited to) Redlands, Brisbane, and surrounding suburbs.

Employees of Moran Power Solutions, immediate family members, contractors, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address.

 

The promotion commences on the date the giveaway post is published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the date specified in the giveaway post.

Entries submitted outside the promotion period will not be accepted.

 

To enter, participants must complete all required entry steps outlined in the official giveaway post, which may include:

Following Moran Power Solutions on the relevant platform

Liking the giveaway post

Commenting on the giveaway post (as instructed)

Tagging another account (as instructed)

Failure to complete all steps may result in an invalid entry.

 

Unless stated otherwise, entrants may submit multiple entries, however each entry must comply with the entry instructions.

Automated, fraudulent, or bulk entries are not permitted.

Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

 

The prize consists of a Smart Home Starter Kit supplied and installed by Moran Power Solutions, valued at up to $3,000 AUD, including:

Up to 10 smart home switches and/or dimmers

(maximum total of 10 products combined, e.g., 6 switches + 4 dimmers = 10 total)

1 x Smart Home Gateway / Hub

Supply and installation by Moran Power Solutions

Brand and product range will be selected at the discretion of Moran Power Solutions (“electrician’s choice”) based on suitability, availability, and compatibility.

 

The prize is inclusive of supply and standard installation only.

Any additional works required (including but not limited to switchboard upgrades, rewiring, access issues, fault repairs, asbestos risk, patching, painting, cabling beyond standard allowances, or additional smart devices) will be quoted separately and charged to the winner.

The prize does not include:

Internet or Wi-Fi upgrades

Ongoing subscriptions, app fees, or third-party platform costs

Electrical compliance upgrades not directly related to the prize installation

Cosmetic repairs (plastering, patching, painting, etc.)

Installation must be completed at one residential property only.

Prize installation must be completed within 90 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on or before 9 March 2026.

The winner will be announced publicly via Moran Power Solutions’ social media channels.

 

The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) or the method specified in the giveaway post.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the required timeframe, Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

Prior to installation, Moran Power Solutions may conduct an assessment (remote or onsite) to confirm suitability and compatibility.

If the property is deemed unsuitable for safe installation, Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to:

Modify the scope of the prize, or

Offer an alternative prize of equal or lesser value, or

Cancel the installation portion of the prize.

Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during business hours unless otherwise arranged.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Moran Power Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

Moran Power Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Entrants release Moran Power Solutions from liability arising from any technical issues, platform outages, or third-party failures beyond our control.

 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to run the giveaway.

 

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and prize delivery.

Moran Power Solutions will not sell or distribute personal data to third parties unless required for prize fulfilment or by law.

 

By entering, entrants agree that Moran Power Solutions may:

Share the winner’s name (and/or social media handle) publicly

Use photos or videos of the prize installation for marketing purposes (with the winner’s consent).

 

Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.

Moran Power Solutions’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
