Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Moran Power Solutions.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Moran Power Solutions employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person, and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prizes are

1^st Prize – 4 tickets for the event ‘Mother’s Day High Tea’ at Laurleens, Sirromet Winery in Mount Cotton, QLD ( 850-938 Mount Cotton Rd, Mount Cotton QLD 4165) for 2 adults and 2 children (or teenagers)  Inclusive of food, tea, coffee and sparkling wine for the 2 adults- To be held at 10am on Sunday the 14^th of May 2023. This prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and winners must be able to physically attend Sirromet Winery on the day of the event in order to claim the prize. Moran Power Solutions are only issuing 4 tickets and are not responsible for the prize winners requiring additional seats or tickets for this event – this will need to be purchased and arranged directly by the prize winner and Sirromet Winery. The table booking for this prize has been made in advanced by Moran Power Solutions. Winners are only required to provide Moran Power Solutions with their name for the booking and to show up on the day at Sirromet Winery.

2^ND  Prize – a physical and/or e-gift card for a monthly themed degustation dinner with paired wines at Wellington Point Farmhouse  625 Main Rd, Wellington Point QLD 4160.  Gift card must be used by and is only valid until April 2024. The booking of the dinner is subject to availability and is required to be booked in advance by the prize winner via the Farmhouse Website or phone – online bookings, monthly dinner dates, and availability can be viewed at the website https://www.wellingtonpointfarmhouse.com.au/dinner

3^RD Prize – a physical and/or e-gift card for Endota Spa in Manly, QLD  : 2/99 Cambridge Parade, Manly QLD 4179. To the value of $90 – the equivalent value of an ‘organic express 30 minute facial’ (as price listed on their website menu as at 26/4/2023 – https://endotaspa.com.au/treatments/organic-express.html) Prize winner is responsible for booking their treatment themselves by contacting Endota Spa via their website or phone number, gift card is valid for 12 months only (until April 2024)

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Moran Power Solutions ‘s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via facebook on Wednesday the 10th of May 2023.

Moran Power Solutions will make two attempts to contact the winner via Facebook messenger.

If the winner does not respond to the messages informing them of their win within 3 days of the second message, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Moran Power Solutions reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Moran Power Solutions for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing Info@moranpowersolutions.com.au.

If requested by Moran Power Solutions, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner’s first name and/or social media handle and country of residence will be announced on Moran Power Solutions‘s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Moran Power Solutions accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Moran Power Solutions reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
